How to Cancel Your uSport.ai Subscription

The cancellation process is handled through our secure billing partner, Stripe, and can be completed in just a few steps.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside your uSport.ai account. Follow these steps:

👇 On Desktop:

  1. Log in to your uSport.ai account

  2. Click Billing in the left sidebar

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure billing portal

  5. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel Plan

  6. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

👇 On Mobile:

  1. Open the uSport.ai website and log in

  2. Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar

  3. Tap Manage Subscription

  4. Complete the cancellation in the Stripe billing portal

All subscription cancellations are processed through Stripe's billing portal.

uSport.ai does not manually cancel subscriptions. You must complete the cancellation yourself through the billing page.

⏰ What Happens After You Cancel

Once you cancel your subscription, here's what to expect:

Remaining Time on Your Plan:

  • You'll continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period

  • If you paid for a monthly subscription on November 15, you'll have access through December 15

Remaining Credits:

  • Any unused AI credits will remain available until your subscription period ends

  • Credits do not roll over and cannot be refunded

Future Billing:

  • Your card will not be charged again

  • Automatic renewal is turned off

  • You will not receive any further invoices

Account Access:

  • After your subscription expires, your account remains active but reverts to free-tier access

  • Your profile, saved matches, and account data are preserved

Reactivation:

  • You can resubscribe at any time by visiting Billing in the sidebar

  • Reactivating will start a new billing cycle from the date you resubscribe


🔑 If You Can't Access Your Account

If you're unable to log in to cancel your subscription:

  • Reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page

  • If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered email address

Our team will verify your identity and help you resolve the access issue so you can manage your subscription.


Common Questions

Will I receive a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?

No. You'll have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but partial refunds are not provided.

Can I cancel and resubscribe later without losing my data?

Yes. Your account data, profile, and match history remain saved. You can resubscribe at any time.

What if I was charged after canceling?

If you see a charge after canceling, verify the cancellation in your Stripe billing portal. If the cancellation didn't process, contact support immediately.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Currently, uSport.ai does not offer subscription pausing. You would need to cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to use the platform again.
