All subscription cancellations are processed through Stripe's billing portal.
uSport.ai does not manually cancel subscriptions. You must complete the cancellation yourself through the billing page.
⏰ What Happens After You Cancel
Once you cancel your subscription, here's what to expect:
Remaining Time on Your Plan:
You'll continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period
If you paid for a monthly subscription on November 15, you'll have access through December 15
Remaining Credits:
Any unused AI credits will remain available until your subscription period ends
Credits do not roll over and cannot be refunded
Future Billing:
Your card will not be charged again
Automatic renewal is turned off
You will not receive any further invoices
Account Access:
After your subscription expires, your account remains active but reverts to free-tier access
Your profile, saved matches, and account data are preserved
Reactivation:
You can resubscribe at any time by visiting Billing in the sidebar
Reactivating will start a new billing cycle from the date you resubscribe
